How To Add Attributes to a Collection

To add existing record attributes (from the Collection Object Attribute code table) to your collection for usage (e.g., data entry form), you must have manage_collection permission. This task requires a Collection Manager or Collection Administrator level of access.

In the Tools Directory, go to Internal Settings> Manage Collection. The shortcut to Collection Defaults takes you to the Authorities links:

Click on Collection’s Attributes which opens a new tab: There you can use the header rows to resort the rows and select attributes for your collection by using the check boxes.
